Delete your RUNESIS Training account

App: RUNESIS Training (Android and iPhone). Publisher: Guillaume Lioni — RUNESIS.

From the app

1. Open RUNESIS Training and go to Settings.
2. In the Account section, tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted.

Without the app

Email g.lioni@runesis.fr with the subject “Account deletion”, from your account's email address. Deletion is completed within 30 days at most and you receive a confirmation.

Data deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, photo.
• Your workouts, programs and GPS routes.
• Imported health and activity data (Health Connect, Apple Health, connected watches and apps).
• Your posts, comments and reactions in the Community.

Data kept

Purchase records for the RUNESIS+ subscription are managed by Google Play or the App Store and kept for the period required by law. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it in Google Play › Subscriptions or iPhone Settings › Subscriptions.
