Terms of use — RUNESIS Nutrition

1. The app

RUNESIS Nutrition adapts your food and hydration guidance to your training. It is published by Guillaume Lioni — sole proprietor (RUNESIS), whose full details are in the legal notice. Contact: g.lioni@runesis.fr.

2. Your account

A RUNESIS account is required to use the app. It is the same account as for RUNESIS Training and RUNESIS Coéquipier. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You can delete your account at any time from the app: it is then deleted for all three apps.

3. Health

RUNESIS Nutrition provides educational guidance, for information only. It is neither a medical device nor medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are under treatment, pregnant or have an eating disorder, consult a healthcare professional before following this guidance.

4. What is free and what is paid

Free with a RUNESIS account: meal log, daily plan, hydration and weight, plus a limited number of AI coach questions and photo analyses per week (shown in the app).
Nutrition only: a subscription that unlocks RUNESIS Nutrition Premium features (including AI coach and photo analysis with no weekly limit, full race fuel plan, 3-month progress).
RUNESIS+: a subscription that unlocks RUNESIS Training, RUNESIS Nutrition and RUNESIS Coéquipier.

To prevent abuse, a reasonable daily use of the artificial intelligence features also applies with Premium.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your currency.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Payment: charged to your Apple or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. RUNESIS never has access to your bank details.
Automatic renewal: a subscription renews automatically for the same duration, at the same price, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: at any time, from Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play › Subscriptions on Android. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Free trial: if a trial is offered, its length is shown before purchase; unless cancelled before it ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
Refunds: requests are handled by Apple or Google Play under their own rules. A started period is not refunded pro rata.
Price changes: Apple or Google Play notify you in advance, and you can cancel before the change applies.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: cancel it first from the store.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app for your personal use, without trying to disrupt how it works or to access other users' data.

7. Availability

The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially for services that depend on the network (account, AI coach, photo analysis).

8. Liability

Within the limits set by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of applying a nutrition guideline, nor for indirect damage linked to the use of the app. AI coach answers and photo analyses are estimates: check them.

9. Personal data

See the RUNESIS Nutrition privacy policy.

10. Apps downloaded from the App Store

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

11. Changes

These terms may change. If there is a significant change, you will be informed in the app.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first: email us at g.lioni@runesis.fr.

If you are a consumer and your written complaint is not resolved, you can refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – www.cm2c.net, no later than one year after your complaint.
